CONTEXT
Chargefox is the technology platform behind Australia's largest network of electric vehicle charging stations.
The Chargefox app helps over 80,000 Australian drivers to find and charge their electric vehicle. Chargefox also delivers commercial partnerships with fleet managers, vehicle manufacturers and hire-car providers.
OUR WORK
Since its launch in 2018, Chargefox has engaged Horizon to manage the communications at critical moments for the rapidly growing technology business. These include:
- Launching Chargefox's ultra rapid network of charging stations that allows travel between Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and in Western Australia and Tasmania
- Communicating Chargefox's acquisition by the Australian Motoring Services (AMS) to staff, stakeholders, customers and media
- Delivering a Marcomms Discovery Workshop with the new Chargefox marketing team to review the brand's messaging, stakeholder mapping and communications priorities
- Developing new collateral to better tell the Chargefox story to different audiences, including case studies, fact sheets and information packs
- Helping Chargefox define and own the EV reliability conversation with stakeholders and the media
